The antibody IgE is commonly associated with allergic reactions, and judging from the report you seem to not react with producing IgE to any of the tested allergens. Nevertheless, non-IgE mediated food allergies also exist, so the negative IgE test should not be taken as proof that you aren't allergic at all, just that you are not reacting to allergens with IgE production. I cannot say so much more than that, and I think you should contact MolQ lab for further interpretation of the results and next steps.
