Hi!

I would like to know if the ELISpot substrate: TMB for HRP can be use for ELISA too. In both cases the enzyme is HRP, but can be the substrate the same or does it have any difference?

No you cannot use elispot substrate for ELISA.

Elispot TMB substrates are unique in that they are form precipitates upon contact with HRP. This results in the spotformation. However in Elisa this will not work at all.

Same is true for the reverse: you cannot use Elisa substrate in elispot
